The Client: the buyer

Any return of goods requires the Seller’s prior approval and a return authorization number. The Client will receive the return authorization by the means deemed most appropriate by the Seller. Once the return authorization has been obtained, the Client has a period of 3 days to return the defective goods to the Seller. Failure to comply with these provisions will result in the returned parcel being refused. The return of goods is carried out at the Client’s expense. However, the costs of reshipping once after-sales service has been completed shall be borne by the Seller. In the absence of an agreement concerning the return of goods, any goods returned will be held at the Client’s disposal at the Client’s own expense, risk and peril, with all transport, storage and handling costs borne by the Client.
